PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT!
Great news from Black Lung Brewing Company. Plan ahead and give the gift of a 2024 Mug Legion or Barrel Legion experience to a loved one.
Details & Important Information:
- New Memberships are sold in the website. Just click “loyalty.”
- Each (21+) guest may purchase up to (2) Legion Memberships total for the 2023 season
- SELF + 1 GIFT or 2 GIFTS (first-come, first-serve while Memberships are available) 72 total.
- Standard rules and restrictions for Legion Membership will also apply to Gift Memberships.
- Memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable. The Gift Recipient named on the Gift Membership Signup Form is the only person eligible for enjoyment of Membership Benefits.
- The Gift Recipient must be 21 years of age as of January 1, 2023 – no exceptions. The Gift Recipient will be asked to verify identity and DOB by showing a valid ID at the start of their first visit in 2023. Once this information is verified, the Gift Recipient will receive their Member ID Card and Membership Benefits become effective Note: Member ID Cards (your purchase receipt will serve as you member ID) will only be distributed to the named Gift Recipient – no exceptions.
- Any violation of Legion Club policy will result in revocation of Membership, without refund to the Gift Purchaser. This includes – but is not limited to – our 21+ policy for all Members.
What We’ll Need for New Memberships:
- New Membership Fee
- The Gift Purchaser should be prepared to provide the following information:
- Gift Recipient’s first/last name and DOB
- Gift Recipient’s preferred email address – We will want to add them to our 2023 Members-only email list, so they can take full advantage of ALL Legion Benefits.
- Gift Purchaser will be able to specify whether or not the initial Membership Welcome Email goes to the Gift Recipient or the Gift Purchaser – we don’t want to spoil any holiday surprises!
- Glasses for the Mug Legion will be numbered
Barrel Legion Members:
- There are, at times uncontrollable circumstances, when producing beer. Therefore, we reserve the right to alter or omit any of the beers outlined above. Should we need to remove a beer, we will refund the retail value for that specific beer to the member or provide beers at a later date, when available.
- We discourage the reselling of our beer.
- * Exclusive bottles will be available to Barrel Legion Members first.
- Members can only have one membership.
- You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be a Legion member. We will require IDs at pick-up.
- All publicly released bottles and/or cans must be picked up within two (2) weeks of the release. After two (2) weeks the beer is forfeited and money will NOT be refunded. Emails will go out and we will post about releases on social media.
- Pickups must be done within a scheduled time frame that will be given when we announce that specific release.
- Memberships are not transferable. The name who purchases a Legion Membership is the only name eligible.
- No Shipping
- No Proxies

- This years Memberships are valid from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
