Mordröm is the nightmare giver of swedish löre. This Mordröm is as dark as a nightmare with dark chocolate and black malts that are balanced with a hop lineup to contribute an elevated bitterness to counter the sweet chocolate nibs added to the secondary. We also used some Pekko hops that will add a slight minty aroma to round out this imperial mint chocolate chip porter! This beer was fermented with very old norwegian Hothead yeast. This yeast doesn’t play by rules as it ferments at 80°-90°F! This beer doesn’t play by the rules either, mint chocolate and fruity esters will delight the pallet, but if you have to many, you may see the Mardröm! Enjoy responsibly!
