Our new Grayslake taproom is open and built for people who actually care about local beer. We’ve doubled our brewing capacity, moved the whole operation from the OG Route 83 spot, and backed it with a full kitchen and an Appalachian‑inspired menu from Chef Antony—smash burgers, a killer steak sandwich, amazing curds, and fresh one‑offs that hit the same way our small‑batch beers do. The vibe is simple: drink beer brewed by your neighbors, eat food that feels like home, and settle into a space that’s here for the community that built us. Live Loud. Drink Local.
